You will only use the Naijatraffic Digital website in a manner that follows all agreements made with Spotify/Audiomack/Instagram/Youtube/Other social media sites on their individual Terms of Service page.

Naijatraffic Digital rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.

Naijatraffic Digital does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. 

Naijatraffic Digital tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

LIABILITIES

Naijatraffic Digital is in no way liable for any account suspension done by Spotify, apple music, Audiomack, or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or Youtube or Other Social Media.

SERVICES

Naijatraffic Digital will only be used to promote your music, Brand, and business depending on the service you paid for.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made to your Naijatraffic Digital wallet so you can use your refund to replace your order or a new order if in any case the service you paid for is not delivered.

You agree that once you complete payment and your wallet have been credited, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. However, if your payment is not added to your wallet, kindly contact the Naijatraffic Digital support team, and we will resolve your issue within 24 hours.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit has been completed or added to your wallet, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from the website. We also reserve the right to take away any digital Services or products we delivered to you or your clients.

If your orders are placed rightly and for any reason, you did not get the value for your service ( NOTE: Every order has a start count, sometimes start count can be delayed due to server issues but will definitely be delivered), kindly contact support if you think your order is taking too long ( Depends on the start count ), you will receive a refund credit to your Naijatraffic Digital account if the order is non-deliverable.

Lost or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund, kindly make sure your account is publicly accessible.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account and you will be reported to the ANTI FRAUD AGENCY 

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page: Every order has a start and end count, using two or more servers at the same time will disrupt the start and end count, hence, you will not get the correct number of service paid for.
NOTE: No refill or Refund If the link gets broken or the profile is disabled/deleted/deactivated/banned or If the username is changed.
