Shoprime rates are subject to change at any time without advance notice. The payment and refund policy remains in effect despite rate adjustments.


  DELIVERY TIME:

Shoprime does not guarantee specific delivery times for its services. We provide our best estimate for order delivery.

  REFUND POLICY:

Refunds are provided as credits to your Shoprime wallet. You can use this refund to replace or purchase a new order if the paid service is undelivered.


  FRAUD AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION:

Engaging in fraudulent activity, such as unauthorized or stolen credit card use, will lead to account termination, and the matter will be reported to the ANTI FRAUD AGENCY.


  MULTIPLE SERVERS CAUTION:

To avoid disruption of start and end counts, please refrain from using more than one server simultaneously for the same page.


  DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS:

Once payment is completed and your wallet is credited, you agree not to initiate a dispute or chargeback against us. If there's an issue with wallet crediting, contact Shoprime support for resolution within 24 hours. Initiating a dispute or chargeback after wallet crediting may result in termination of future orders and a ban from the website. We also reserve the right to withdraw any delivered digital services or products.


  ORDER ISSUES:

If an order is correctly placed but not received within the specified time (note: every order has a start count), and you believe the order is taking too long (dependent on the start count), contact support. Non-deliverable orders will receive a refund credit to your Shoprime account.
